An essence consultation is a conversation. We begin with what inspired you to reach out for a session & keep going from there. Following our time together, I choose which essence(s) are most resonant for you & the energetic patterns you are looking to shift at this time, & formulate a custom remedy for you with them.

- other recommendations & suggestions for practical ritual & care via email
